1. Identify the most urgent emails

Just Bard to list and prioritize your most urgent emails based on the sender, subject, date, and content.

For example, you can write this prompt:

“List and prioritize my most urgent emails.”

And Bard will sort your emails by urgency and highlight the keywords that indicate the importance of each message.

This way, you can quickly scan your inbox and focus on the most pressing issues first.

2. Summarize an email

Sometimes, you don’t have time to read a long or complex email. You just want to get the gist of it and decide what to do next.

That’s why Bard can also summarize an email for you and tell you why it’s urgent.

For example, you can write this prompt:

“Summarize the email ‘URGENT: Project deadline moved up to tomorrow’ and tell me why it’s urgent.”

And Bard will give you a concise summary of the email and the reason why it’s urgent.

3. Write a draft reply

Sometimes, you need to write a reply to an email, but you don’t know what to say or how to say it.

You want to be polite, professional, and effective, but you also don’t want to spend too much time on it.

That’s why Bard can also write a draft reply for you based on the email you received and the topic you want to address.

For example, you can write this prompt:

“Write a draft reply to the email ‘URGENT: Project deadline moved up to tomorrow’ to let him know that I’m working on it and I’ll send it to him by tonight. Use a professional but friendly tone.”

And Bard will write a draft reply for you that addresses the topic you wanted to cover and uses a professional but friendly tone.

This way, you can save time and effort on writing your reply and just edit it as needed.

4. Create a template

Sometimes, you need to write similar emails to different people or for different situations.

You don’t want to write the same thing over and over again, but you also don’t want to copy and paste without personalizing it.

Ask Bard to create a template for any type of email you need by giving it the title and the tone you want to use.

Use this prompt:

“Create a template for a response that I can reuse for the ‘Feedback needed ASAP on the new design’ email. I want the tone to be professional but friendly.”

And Bard will create a template for you that you can reuse for different emails by filling in the blanks and customizing it as needed.

This way, you can write faster and more consistently without losing your personal touch.

Bonus: Unsubscribe from ads easily

Finally, Bard can also help you unsubscribe from ads easily by listing them for you.

You can ask Bard to list all the promotional emails in your inbox by writing this prompt:

“List all the promotional emails in my inbox.”

This way, you can clean up your inbox and get rid of unwanted ads in a few clicks.
