Google has surprised us by releasing an AI capable of creating music from a simple prompt.

And the best part? It's totally free.

So I created a few tracks!

And of course, I'll show you how right now!

It's not perfect, but the results are already really good.

Access to MusicLM

1. Join Google Labs

Start by clicking on the link below to access Google Labs.

Then scroll down the page until you reach MusicLM and click on the blue button.

Note: if you get a message saying it's not available in your country, just use a VPN for it to work. You can use the one integrated into Opera browser for free.

2. Generate your first music

In the text field describe what you want to generate.

The AI takes care of the rest and creates 2 different tracks !

You really can create anything.

From my tests, what works well is to give it a music genre. For example, "rock melodic pop" or "jazzy".

Here are a few examples of prompts to inspire you:

Rock melodic pop that is chill, slow tempo with a build at the end
London drill beat, strong kick
A jazzy piece with a smooth saxophone solo. The sound is both sophisticated and playful with a slow tempo.

3. Download your music

Creating music is great, but sharing it is even better!

To download the result, simply click on the three dots and then on "Download".

You can also copy the link to share it even more easily.
